Apple has increased the prices of its iPhone models in India by an average of 3 percent. The Apple iPhone prices in India have increased after the Indian Government hiked the import duty on mobile phones to 20 percent from 15 percent. It is worth mentioning that the Apple iPhone models which are manufactured in India (iPhone SE) will not be affected by the customs duty hike.
The price hike is due to the increment in import duty by Government in the Union Budget for 2018-2019. The new customs duty will be applicable to all imported mobile phone devices. Apple iPhone X
The iPhone X model was introduced in the Indian market for a price of Rs 89,000 for the base variant; whereas the top variant was launched at Rs 1,05,720. Now, the base iPhone X model will be available at Rs 95,390 and the top-model will be offered at Rs 1,08,930 in India. Briefly, the phone packs the A11 Bionic Chip and comes with Face ID feature.
Apple iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus
The Apple iPhone 8 64GB storage variant will now cost Rs 67,940 in India from its original price of Rs 66,120 (launching price Rs 64,000). The 256GB storage variant costs Rs 81,500 from the Rs 79,420 price tag.
The iPhone 8 Plus is available at Rs 77,560 up from the original price of Rs 75,450. The 256GB storage model will now be retailed at Rs 91,110 up from the price of Rs 88,750.

Apple iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus
The iPhone 7 will be retailed at Rs 52,370 from its original price of Rs 50,810. The 128GB model will now available at Rs 61,560 up from the price of Rs 59,910. The iPhone 7 Plus prices will now start at Rs 62,840.
Apple iPhone 6, iPhone 6s
The iPhone 6 is now available at Rs 31,900 from the price of Rs 30,780. The Apple iPhone 6s will be retailed at Rs 42,900 for the 32GB model. The 128GB variant will cost Rs 52,100.
