A new Zuk smartphone has appeared on Chinese certification site, TENAA which has revealed some key specifications of the upcoming mobile. The TENAA listing comprises an image of the upcoming mobile from which the smartphone seems to be aimed at the mid-range segment. Lenovo owned Zuk-brand has two smartphone devices namely Zuk Z1, Z2 Plus in India. The upcoming mobile will make its debut in China and eventually launch it in the Indian market as well.
The TENAA listing of upcoming Zuk mobile was been spotted by GizmoChina which has revealed some important details of the device. Based on the image, the device will feature a rear camera placed at the top center of the rear panel with a ZUK logo at the bottom. While on the front panel, a rectangular physical Home button is equipped at the bottom center, which could be doubled up as a fingerprint scanner. On the right side of the device, there are volume rockers as well as the power button, while on the left side, a dedicated SIM card slot is allotted herewith.
According to GizmoChina, the upcoming mobile from Zuk will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset clocked at 2.35GHz paired with 4GB of RAM, and it will come in 32GB and 64GB storage variants. The smartphone will flaunt a larger screen, maybe a 5.5-inch display with 1080p resolution. It will run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
For photography, the smartphone will offer a 13MP primary rear camera with dual-tone LED flash. For selfies, the device will feature an 8MP front-facing camera. The smartphone could come with a 3000mAh battery. While the connectivity options of the upcoming device are still unknown, what we know is that the device will be compatible with 4G connectivity. It is expected to measure dimensions at 142.9×74.5×7.68mm and weigh 160 grams.
The pricing details of the upcoming Zuk mobile are yet to be received. Looking at the processor and other specifications, the LeEco Pro 3 is the cheapest smartphone device to offer Snapdragon 821 in it at a price of 1799 Yuan which roughly translates Rs 17,800 for a 4GB RAM+32GB storage variant.
