The Swiss luxury watch brand, Tag Heuer has recently launched its all-new Connected Modular 41 smartwatch. It is a smaller and affordable edition of the Tag Heuer Connected Modular 45 smartwatch which was announced last year in March. The new Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41 smartwatch has a diameter of 41mm and runs on Android Wear OS.
The price of the latest Tag Heuer smartwatch starts at $1200 (roughly Rs 76,500). Alongside, the company has also rolled out the Full Diamond version of the Connected Modular 45 smartwatch. This model will be having 589 VVS baguette size diamonds with the 18K polished white gold case. Moreover, the company said that the overall worth of the watch will be 23.35 carats.
Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41: Specifications, Features
On the specifications front, the Connected Modular 41 is powered by an Intel chipset and runs on Android Wear OS. There is an AMOLED display featuring a resolution of 390×390. It has a pixel density of 326ppi and has a maximum brightness of 350 nits. Furthermore, there is a 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage offered on the device.
The original Connected Modular 45 smartwatch provided an ease of customisation of almost every characteristic of the watch. Similarly, you can get customisation options for every aspect such as a buckle, watch band, bezel, and lugs. The wearable supports GPS, NFC and Google Pay.
The Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41 watch is water resistant up to 50 metres. The case of the watch is 13.2mm thick and it is made of titanium or gold metal. The bezel is made of ceramic and there are options to choose diamond-embedded bezel as well. The design is one of the key things to consider in a smartwatch.
On the software front, the watch runs on Android Wear 2.0. The display screen is sleek and is scratch-resistant thanks to the use of sapphire.
To recall, the 45mm smartwatch model of Connected Modular series is interchangeable with a Chronograph Calibre, Haute Horlogerie mechanical module, or COSC-certified Chronograph Tourbillon. It is said to cost over $197,000 which roughly translates to Rs 1.25 crores.
