Sony Announced its X9000F 4K HDR Smart TV Series in India

Sony recently announced the launch of its X9000F 4K HDR Smart TV series in India. This new series comes as the successor to the X9000E series from last year. Some of the interesting features in this latest series include Hybrid Log-Gamma, Dolby Vision, X1 Extreme processor and support for HDR10. The series includes three TVs namely Bravia KD-85X9000F, Bravia KD-65X9000F and Bravia KD-55X9000F.

The only difference between these TVs is the size- 85-inch, 65-inch and 55-inch. As for the price, Sony has only revealed the price of the Bravia KD-55X9000F 4K HDR Smart TV. This 55-inch TV is priced at Rs 2,39,000. The TV is available in various online and offline stores across the country. As for the 65-inch and 85-inch variants, the price will be revealed soon.

All the three TVs from the series come with Sony’s very own 4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme. This processor will provide life-like pictures with colour, textures, depth and contrast. Moreover, the 4K HDR experience is enhanced with technologies like Dual database processing, Object-based HDR remaster and Super Bit Mapping 4K HDR.

Additionally, the X9000F 4K HDR Smart TV series come with the Triluminos Display which produces amazing colour variations. Along with that, the new Sony TV series has retained the X-tended dynamic range Pro feature from the previous X9000E series. This feature improves HDR and non-HDR pictures.

Furthermore, another interesting feature is the X-Motion Clarity. With this feature, the latest Sony TVs will provide blur-free content along with offering fast action picture. Also, these latest Sony TVs run on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. For storage, the televisions are backed with 16GB of internal storage.

Another interesting feature on the TV remote is direct access buttons for Google Play Store and Netflix. Connectivity options include 1 ethernet port, 1 headphone jack, 1 composite video input, 1 subwoofer port, 1 analogue audio input, 1 RF port, 4 HDMI ports and 3 USB ports. Lastly, for the sound, the TVs come with 10W+10W audio power output with support for DTS digital sound.
