OnePlus is expected to launch a new flagship smartphone in Q2 2018. The upcoming OnePlus 6 device has been surrounded by rumours and leaks for past few months. Now, an alleged specification sheet of the upcoming OnePlus smartphone has surfaced online which reveals major specifications of the handset.
Citing the sources, the specification sheet was shared by Techslize. If the specifications mentioned in the sheet holds true, the latest OnePlus mobile will be a promising device. It will compete with Samsung’s Galaxy S9 series as well as the other flagship smartphones.
Recently, some design renders of the alleged smartphone were spotted online which suggests that OnePlus 6 will flaunt an iPhone X-like notch on the top of the display. The iPhone X-like notch is getting really popular these days and every other smartphone maker is bringing this design into their latest offerings.
Moreover, there will be very thin bezels on the device. The leaked image suggests that the phone will look quite similar to the recently launched Oppo R15 smartphone.
OnePlus 6: Rumoured Specifications
According to the specifications sheet, the OnePlus 6 device will run on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo OS. It will feature a larger 6.28-inch Full HD+ (1080×2280 pixels) AMOLED display. The phone will flaunt an aspect ratio of 19:9. There will be a 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC offered on the handset. On the memory front, there will be 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
For photography, the upcoming OnePlus smartphone is expected to carry a dual rear camera with a combination of a 20MP primary and a 16MP secondary sensor. Both sensors will come with f/1.7 aperture. Up front, the phone is likely to offer a 20MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture. The device is expected to get a 3450mAh battery. It will have a 7.5mm thickness and weight of 175 grams.
The OnePlus 6 model is supposed to be priced higher than any other OnePlus device ever. It is expected to cost CAD 749 (roughly Rs 37,700). Like mentioned before, the mobile will get launched sometime in second quarter of this year.
