Asus has just launched a refreshed version of its ZenFone Selfie smartphone in Indian market. A 13MP front camera is the USP of Asus ZenFone Selfie. The new phone features 3 GB RAM and a 16 GB memory variant with a fresh Diamond Cut rear panel design. The phone is currently available exclusively on Amazon India and will be available in retail outlets by September.
The earlier version of Asus ZenFone Selfie was launched last year in September for a starting price of Rs. 15,999. The phone was launched with variants of 2 GB of RAM+16 GB inbuilt storage and a 3 GB of RAM+32 GB inbuilt storage at the prices of Rs. 12,999 and Rs. 17,999 respectively.
What’s New in ZenFone Selfie?
The 2016’s version of ZenFone Selfie has come up at a reduced price of Rs. 12,999 with loads of new features. One of the biggest changes is the back panel that flaunts a Diamond Cut design with different color options to choose from like- Sheer Gold, Glacier Gray, Illusion Polygon Blue, Illusion Diamond White and an Illusion Smooth Pink.

Features and Specifications
The smartphone runs on an Android 5.0 Lollipop version with ZenUI skin on the top. The new ZenFone Selfie features a front camera of 13MP wide-angle (88-degree) lens with an aperture of f/2.2. Dual color real tone flash and the selfie panorama features are provided for the front camera. The rear camera also has a 13MP resolution which supports f/2.0 aperture and an auto laser focus lens. The phone is backed up by a 3000mAh battery. The Asus ZenFone Selfie includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/f/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio, GPS support, AGPS, microUSB and Glonass. Sensors consist of Accelerator, Proximity, E-Compass, Ambient light sensor, Hall Sensor and Gyro sensor. The phone measures 156.5×77.2×10.8mm and it weights 170 gms.
