Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is About to Enter India in January 2017

While Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 3 is still a good smartphone to go for, the company is now rumored to launch the Redmi Note 4 smartphone in India as early as January. The base variant of the smartphone was priced at 899 Yuan (roughly Rs 9,000) in China. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 could be the first smartphone to be launched in 2017 from the company.

Xiaomi has observed success in 2016 as smartphones like Redmi Note 3, Redmi 3s, and Redmi 3s Prime did well in the Indian market and secured 7.4 percent market share in Q3 2016. Its concept phone Xiaomi Mi Mix flaunts a bezel-less display which received a good response in China. The company is also looking to start the New Year by making its debut at the upcoming CES 2017.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is the successor to the Redmi Note 3 and was launched back in August this year in China. In first sight, the Redmi Note 4 looks quite similar to its predecessor. The Redmi Note 4 comes with a metal unibody design with a 2.5D curved glass on the top.
