Vivo will be launching its Vivo APEX 2019 smartphone on January 24 in an event in Beijing. Just days before its launch, the actual image of the smartphone has been revealed online. Famous leakster Ben Geskin revealed an exclusive image of the smartphone via Twitter. The image shows the gorgeous bezel-less edge-to-edge display of the smartphone.
It is a truly bezel-less display smartphone with a high screen to body ratio with curved edges. The image makes it pretty clear that the smartphone will come with an under-display fingerprint scanner as it is not visible on the front and rear panel. Additionally, as there is no front camera seen on the display, it can now be confirmed that the Vivo APEX 2019 smartphone will come with a pop-up or a slider camera setup.
On the other hand, the rear panel of the smartphone features a dual camera set up along with flash. On the bottom half, the smartphone sports the Vivo branding. Apart from this, no other features or specifications can be confirmed from this exclusive image.
Recently, other renders of the Vivo APEX 2019 smartphone had also appeared online. However, these actual images confirm how the smartphone is supposed to look like. Rumours also indicate that the smartphone might support wireless charging. Nevertheless, if this smartphone will be one of the wireless charging mobiles phones can only be confirmed after the launch.
The smartphone will make its debut in China on January 24. The company had recently released a posted which confirmed the launch date of the smartphone. Whether or not this smartphone will be made available in international markets is yet to be known.
