These Two 4G VoLTE Smartphones Launched in India under Rs 5000

The Indian smartphone market is witnessing a huge demand for 4G VoLTE mobiles thanks to the Reliance Jio services which is currently offering free data and calling services to its users until March 31. More and more users are upgrading to 4G networks. Gone are the days when buyers had to pay heavy premium amounts for getting their hands on latest technology. Indian smartphone makers, Micromax and Zen mobiles have recently launched their latest mobiles in India which are priced below Rs 5,000. Micromax has launched the Spark Vdeo smartphone for a price of Rs 4,499, whereas Zen introduced its Admire Swadesh smartphone for a price of Rs 4,990. Let’s have a look at the specifications and features of the newly launched budget mobiles.

Zen Admire Swadesh

Zen Mobile has offered 22 regional Indian languages in its Admire Swadesh smartphone. The device will be available in Blue and Champagne colour option. It features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. The handset boasts a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and external storage up to 32GB via microSD card.

For photography, the Zen Admire Swadesh offers a 5MP primary rear camera with autofocus and a 2MP secondary front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and others. A 2000mAh battery completes the package which is claimed to deliver up to 30 hours of standby time. Additionally, it supports 22 regional Indian languages.

Micromax Spark Vdeo

Micromax Mobiles introduced a new 4G VoLTE smartphone which is priced at Rs 4,499. The smartphone is available for purchase via leading online stores. Similar to the other Vdeo series smartphones, the Micromax Spark Vdeo features Google Duo app pre-loaded on it. It will sell in Gold colour only.

Coming to the specifications, the Micromax Spark Vdeo features a 4.5-inch IPS display with 480×854 pixels resolution. The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It is a dual-SIM mobile equipped with a 1.1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and up to 32GB of external storage via microSD card.

On the camera front, the Micromax Spark Vdeo offers a 5MP primary rear camera with LED flash alongside a 2MP selfie snapper. The connectivity option includes 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio, and Wi-Fi. The device is powered by an 1800mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 5 hours of talk time and standby time of up to 150 hours.

These budget smartphones are recently launched in India under Rs 5000. The Micromax Spark Vdeo is currently available for purchase, whereas the Zen Admire Swadesh will be made available soon on leading stores.
