The Internet is indeed filled with leaks and rumours. Every day new leaks and rumours arrive specifying some key features of the upcoming. Take the example of Samsung’s next flagship, the Galaxy S8. The smartphone is expected to get announced officially in coming weeks but we know almost everything about the device thanks to various leaks. There are speculations right from the design to the hardware specifications of the Galaxy S8 smartphone. Now, the alleged Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphone might have just revealed in promo videos which were posted by the company’s subsidiary Samsung Display. The videos were first spotted by Slashleaks. One of the promo videos demonstrated a large AMOLED display on which the possibilities of next-gen displays have been showcased. If the rumours are to be believed, the smartphone shown in the video is expected to be the Galaxy S8 which will feature an AMOLED display and a very thin bezel at the top and bottom of the device with no physical home button. 
Another promo video confirmed several details which resemble with the information we came to know about Galaxy S8 earlier. Recently, two separate reports of Galaxy S8 have appeared online- one about the size variants and later about the 3D renders. The smartphone shown in the promo video and the 3D renders strongly indicates a nearly bezel-less design. The device also revealed a bigger screen-to-body ratio and no capacitive buttons. With no physical home button, the Galaxy S8 could come equipped with an optical fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the video suggests a flat display design of the smartphone which could signify that Samsung may continue a flat design for its smartphone alongside the Edge design. The promo shows off sharper colours and low battery consumption on its AMOLED display, as per the YouTube description.

The latest rumours suggest that Samsung mobiles‘ flagship device will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack, unlike the other flagship devices which are offering USB Type-C port or lighting port for audio output. Also, two top and bottom mounted speakers will be on the device. The smartphone will be offered in two display sizes- a 5.7-inch and 6.2-inch. The smaller size variant will be the Samsung Galaxy S8 whereas the larger variant will be called as the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. While so, 5-inch and 6-inch models were rumoured to get launched earlier. Samsung hasn’t confirmed whether the smartphone showcased in the promo video is the Galaxy S8. Hence, all the rumours must be taken with a pinch of salt.
