Sony Xperia X Ultra Spotted Online with Ultra-Wide Display

Sony is expected to expand its Xperia product line-up with new smartphone launches. Recently a smartphone called as the Sony Xperia X Ultra has been leaked online along with the rendered images. The newly leaked renders claims that the upcoming mobile will have a 6.45-inch ultra-wide display.

Citing the sources, the leaked renders of the Sony Xperia X Ultra was first reported by MobileExpose. As per the report, the Xperia X Ultra smartphone will feature a unique 6.45-inch ultra-wide display. The display of the upcoming mobile will be taller and narrower similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, and LG G6.

Besides, the leaked renders also hint a smaller bezel at the edges and the top edge will be much wider where the Sony’s brand logo will reside. Also, the front panel will have a selfie camera right next to the Sony logo.

Sony Xperia X Ultra: Specifications

Sony is known worldwide for its cameras and the upcoming Sony smartphone is no exception. The leaked render further explained that the Sony Xperia X Ultra will offer a 19MP primary rear camera and a 13MP front-facing selfie snapper. The handset will feature capacitive buttons for navigation.

The report further revealed that the Sony Xperia X Ultra will be offered in several colour variants like Red and Grey. The report doesn’t reveal more information about the device.

According to the previous rumours of Sony Xperia X Ultra, the smartphone will come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and 4GB of RAM. Moreover, there is no information on the storage configuration is received as of now. The upcoming Sony mobile will pack a 3050mAh battery which is expected to have support for Quick Charge technology.

All these are just rumours about the upcoming Sony Xperia X Ultra smartphone. The company has not confirmed any of these rumours as of now.

In addition, the Sony Xperia X Ultra is believed to come with dust and water resistance. Lastly, the handset is speculated to feature IP68 certification. The details about the pricing and availability are expected to be announced by the company in the third quarter of this year. However, the smartphone is expected to get launched by the end of this year.
