Samsung Tablets had launched the Galaxy TabPro S tablet earlier this year and it was the first Galaxy device that came with the Windows 10 OS and not the Android. The company now is now offering a new model of the TabPro S, covered in Gold color and features some upgraded specifications. The latest tablet is called as the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition.
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition will be available for purchase in the US market via company’s own online store, while the best buy price will start from $999.99 which roughly indicates Rs. 66,700.
Aside from the new Gold color palette, the latest tablet has few upgraded specifications compared to the original version. The previous Galaxy TabPro S was launched with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of SDD, while the latest tablet features 8GB of RAM and 256GB SDD.
The other specifications of the Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition are similar as of the previous version. The latest tablet runs on Windows 10 OS and features a 12-inch Super AMOLED (1440×2160 pixels) display. The device is equipped with a 2.2GHz intel Core M3 processor.
For photography, the Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition has a 5MP camera sensor at the front as well as the back. The device is suitable for those who wish to use a single device both for business as well as the personal purpose. The latest tablet show offs a detachable keyboard accessory which could instantly turn your tablet into a laptop. The device weighs around 694 grams and measures dimensions at 290.3×198.8×6.35mm.
The latest tablet is packed with a 5200mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 10.5 hours of battery backup on a single charge. The device also supports the fast charging technology which could fully charge the device within 2.5 hours. For connectivity, the device includes Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth and more.
While the Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition is launched in the US market, the company hasn’t put a word about its availability in India. Considering this, the Indian consumers might have to wait long for getting their hands on Gold Edition.
