Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) spotted on Zauba with 5″ Display

A Samsung smartphone has appeared recently on Indian import-export site Zauba which is rumored to be the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017). The alleged smartphone was listed with a model number SM-J327V with a price of Rs 6,843. The listing included that the smartphone has a 5-inch display and 3 units of the latest mobile were imported from South Korea for testing purpose.

The Zauba listing has cleared that the smartphone might get launched in India very soon. However, the company hasn’t put a word about it yet. Unfortunately, the listing does not specify any further information of its latest mobile in J-series of the lineup.

Previously, two other Samsung smartphones were also been spotted on Zauba- Galaxy J7 (2017) and Galaxy C9. These latest mobiles are also expected to enter the Indian market very soon. The recently appeared Galaxy J3 (2017) is supposed to be the budget mobile in its ‘Galaxy J’ lineup.

Prior to this, the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) appeared on the Chinese certification TENNA. The smartphone has appeared with model numbers as SM-J3119 for China and SM-J3110 for international markets.

According to the listing, both the variants will come with a 5-inch AMOLED display. The SM-J3110 will have an HD display with 720×1280 pixels resolution, while the SM-J3119 will come with a Full HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution. Apart from this, the other specifications of the variants are the same. The smartphone is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor paired with a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

The upcoming mobile will have an 8MP primary rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The device will be backed by a 2600mAh battery. It will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with ZUI 2.0 on its top. On the connectivity front, the device includes dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, micro USB port, GPS, and Bluetooth.

To recall, Samsung mobiles have launched the Galaxy J3 smartphone with S Bike Mode in India for a price of Rs 8,990 this year in March. The smartphone has a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with a 1.5GB of RAM. The Galaxy J3 offers an 8MP primary rear camera along with a 5MP selfie snapper. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
