Recently, a YouTube user posted the concept design of the OnePlus 6T smartphone on their Twitter and YouTube page. Based on the concept design, the smartphone looks a lot like the Oppo R17. Narrow Display Notch
According to the concept design, OnePlus 6T sports a rounded edge display with a narrow triangular notch (called the waterdrop notch) on the top. Like all the latest phones in the smartphone market, it looks like even OnePlus is following the bezel-less display trend. The tiny triangular notch only hosts the selfie camera. As mentioned above, a similar design has been seen on the latest devices from the Oppo mobile price list.
Premium Design
Like all its previous smartphones, even the upcoming phone by OnePlus will feature a premium design. The concept design reveals that the smartphone will come with the front and rear panel made of glass and metal. The glossy design gives the smartphone a premium and sleek look. Additionally, the phone is revealed in three colour variants- Black, Red and White.
Under Display Fingerprint Sensor
Another smartphone trend that is rapidly increasing is the under display fingerprint sensor. It looks like the upcoming OnePlus smartphone is also going to jump on the bandwagon of smartphones with under display fingerprint sensor. With a glass design on both the front and the rear panel, it becomes quite obvious that the phone will sport an in-display scanner. The under display fingerprint scanner will allow the user to unlock the phone by touching anywhere on the bottom half of the screen.
Powerful Processor
When the OnePlus 6 smartphone made its debut in the smartphone market, it was accredited for its fast and powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. And, the upcoming OnePlus smartphone is going to be no less. According to rumours, one of the upcoming phones to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor (successor to Snapdragon 845) might be OnePlus 6T.
Triple Rear Camera Setup
A dual camera setup is a trend of the past. It is the day and age of triple camera setup. The concept design of the phone reveals a triple camera setup on the rear panel. Huawei P20 Pro was the first smartphone to feature this camera setup. However, the concept design does not give us any insights into the resolution and features of the camera setup.
While the concept design does give us a clear idea of what to expect from the upcoming OnePlus 6T smartphone. However, we will suggest you to take these rumours with a pinch of salt until the actual features and specifications are revealed by OnePlus itself.
