Misfit has once again grabbed the headlines due to its latest offering. This time, the company has brought its Misfit Command smartwatch. It is a sleek looking wearable which is a hybrid smartwatch that offers classic design along with advanced features. The USP of the device is its year-long battery life.

Previously, Misfit has its Vapor smartwatch in the market and the Command is a step further in terms of hardware and software advancements. The Misfit Command is a waterproof device built under the finest stainless steel chassis.

The Misfit Command has similar design ID as the Misfit Vapor. The wearable is offered in Steel, Black Steel, and Black Copper colour options. The users can choose from silicon sports straps and the stainless steel bracelet. Moreover, the smartwatch is compatible with any 20mm watch strap, so you can attach your preferred strap afterwards.

The new Misfit smartwatch can track your steps, distance travelled, calorie burnt, and also monitors the sleep duration and quality. It has a 3-axis accelerometer. The users can customise the alerts and notifications for text, calls, emails and the app’s notifications on the phone. The watch runs on Android Wear 2.0 OS which is the latest version of Google’s wearable operating system.

Coming to the clock features, the Misfit Command includes the auto-update feature which automatically syncs the time and date, let you set the second time zone, and sets alarm with vibration alerts. The latest Misfit smartwatch has a smart button on the side of the chassis which works as a remote control. Using this, the users can perform various tasks like playing music, connect the other devices, or ring your phone to name a few.

The Command features a 5 ATM water resistance rating. So, you don’t have to worry about getting your timepiece damaged due to water. By saying this, you can actually swim with the Misfit Command wearable up to 50 meters inside water. As mentioned before, the device can offer a battery life of up to a full year on a single charge. On the pricing front, the Misfit Command costs $149.99 (roughly Rs 9,500).
