Micromax Bolt Q3001 with 4GB RAM Appears on Official Website

Micromax is all set to add a new smartphone to its Bolt series. The new smartphone called the Micromax Bolt Q3001 made an appearance on the company’s official website. There is still no mention of the phone’s availability and pricing.

Micromax Bolt Q3001: Features & Specifications

Based on the listing on the official site, Micromax Bolt Q3001 features a 4-inch TFT display with 16.7 million colour depth. The phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. Furthermore, the phone supports an internal memory of 32GB which can further be extended with a MicroSD card. The 4GB of RAM support is the main highlight of this phone.

On the camera front, Micromax Bolt Q3001 sports a 5-megapixel camera on the rear with 4x zoom and a 2-megapixel camera on the front. Bolt Q3001 runs on Android Marshmallow software. Along with that, the phone features a few pre-installed apps such as Paytm, Clean Master, Snapdeal, Quickr, Askme, Hotstar, News Hunt, Dr. Safety, Chaatz and Housing.

Moreover, with a 1400 mAh battery, the phone is said to offer up to 200 hours of standby time and 6 hours of talk time. The sensors on the Bolt Q3001 include an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer.

Additionally, the dimension of the phone is 125.5 x 64.5 x 70.7 mm and weighs around 111.5 grams. For connectivity, the phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS and FM radio. Based on the features, the phone could be priced at a budget price range. Although, according to a report on Gadgets 360, the Micromax Bolt Q3001 will only be launched in the international markets.

Recently, Micromax had launched the Canvas Infinity Pro smartphone in India. The phone sports a 5.7-inch HD display along with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro comes with an amazing dual-camera feature with a 20-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel secondary camera.
