The Chinese OEM, Lenovo has recently unveiled new members in it’s A series of smartphones with the official release of A6600, A6600 Plus and A7700 in India. All the three new smartphones are 4G VoLTE mobiles that come with Reliance Jio Preview offer with a validity of 90 days.
The newly launched android mobiles – Lenovo A6600, A6600 Plus, and A7700 are targeted at the budget division with the pricing of Rs 6,999, Rs 7,790 and Rs 8,540 respectively.
Lenovo has witnessed a successful run with its A series range of budget smartphone. As per the report from IDC, the 4G smartphones such as the A6000, A6000 Plus and A7000 of A series along with the Lenovo K3 Note have helped the company achieving a bigger share in Indian smartphone industry last year.
The Lenovo A6600 and A6600 Plus smartphones are been offered with the parallel set of specifications. The only noteworthy difference is in its RAM section. The A6600 is equipped with 1GB of RAM while the A6600 Plus is offered with 2GB of RAM.
Lenovo A6600 series smartphones are featured with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display powered by MediaTek’s MT6735P 1GHz quad-core processor with 16GB of internal storage. The devices run on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with Lenovo’s Vibe UI on its top.
On the camera front, the devices have an 8MP primary rear camera with LED flash and a secondary 2MP front-facing camera. The device is powered by a 2300mAh battery. On connectivity, the devices come with dual-SIM support on 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth.
The Lenovo A7700 smartphone is offered with a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s 1GHz quad-core processor paired with a 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and runs on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
For photography, the A7700 features an 8MP primary rear camera with LED flash along with a secondary 2MP front-facing selfie camera. The device is powered by a 2900mAh battery. On connectivity, it has 4G VoLTE, 3G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
The newly launched Lenovo A6600 and A6600 Plus will face competition with Reliance LYF Wind 7 and Xiaomi Redmi 3S while the Lenovo A7700 will face direct competition with Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime and the Coolpad Note 3 Plus.
