The Indian smartphone company, Intex Mobiles has launched a new smartphone named as Intex Cloud S9. The latest mobile is listed on company’s official website and is priced at Rs 6,499. The smartphone is available in Grey and Blue color options. Besides this, the company also launched another smartphone Aqua Q8 which is priced at Rs 4,200.
The Intex Cloud S9 features a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display with DragonTraill Glass protection against the scratches. Under the hood, it has a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali-T720 MP1 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The Intex Cloud S9 supports dual-SIM with 4G VoLTE connectivity which the most preferred connectivity option these days, thanks to the Reliance Jio offers. In addition, the latest mobile, Cloud S9 is applicable for the Reliance Jio Welcome offer. The device features a 16GB of internal storage which could get extended up to 32GB via the use of microSD card.
For photography, the Intex Cloud S9 offers an 8MP primary rear camera with LED flash, f/2.4 aperture, and autofocus. The front panel of the device comprises a 5MP camera with LED flash for capturing selfies and making video calls. The primary camera of the device has popular camera features such as face beauty, smile shot, panorama mode, victory gesture, and voice capture.
On the connectivity front, the device includes 4G VoLTE, 3G/2G, Wi-FI, FM Radio, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth, and micro USB port. The device also features a dedicated fingerprint scanner at the back panel beneath the camera lens. Apart from this, the Intex Cloud S9 includes gravity sensor, proximity sensor and light sensor.
The latest mobile features a 3650mAh battery which is claimed to deliver a talk time of up to 16 hours and a standby time of up to 200 hours with a single charge. The device measures dimensions at 153.55×76.7×8.7mm and weighs 161.5 grams.
The Intex Cloud S9 smartphone is now available for purchase exclusively on Amazon India for a price of Rs 6,499.
