HTC to Launch Three Smartphones in early 2017

As per the recent report from Taiwan, the smartphone maker, HTC is working on three new smartphones and that are about to launch in the first quarter of 2017. The report says that HTC mobiles aimed at the announcement of their new flagship device in the Q1 2017. In addition, the company will release two affordable smartphones alongside.

The report has not mentioned whether HTC will announce the three upcoming mobiles at the same time or later. If the information of the report is believed, the OEM will launch HTC 11 aka HTC Ocean smartphone during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) next year in Barcelona or before that. The HTC Ocean will come with a fascinating design. The concept design of the smartphone was leaked online several months ago with no physical buttons and Google Assistance, and the new Touch UI. As per a Twitter users LlabTooFeR, the HTC Ocean smartphone will come in three versions- Ocean Smart, Ocean Note, and Ocean Master.

Before this happens, HTC X10 might hit the stage as the company has hinted an event on January 12. The HTC X10 will be the successor to its HTC X9 that was launched last year. According to rumors, HTC X10 will feature similar specifications as the X9 smartphone. Though, the new smartphone will come with more power and some advanced features.

Lastly, a larger variant of HTC 11 might be introduced as the Ocean Note. The Ocean Note is a phablet-style device with a larger display. It will come in 64GB and 128GB storage options.

Along with these smartphones, the company may launch some smartphones in the first half of the next year under HTC’s Desire series. The report was based on rumors, so there is no certainty in it just yet.

HTC has recently posted a teaser for an announcement on an event scheduled on January 12. Surprisingly, the teaser revealed nothing more than ‘for U’ along with 12.01.2017 date.
