Xiaomi Launches Budget-Friendly Mi Earphones in India

Xiaomi has been constantly appearing in the news for its non-stop launches. From smartphones to televisions and now earphones, Xiaomi is on a definite launching spree. The Chinese tech giant recently announced the launch of its two budget-friendly earphones called Mi Earphones and Mi Earphones Basic. Out of the two, Mi Earphones Basic comes at a much lower price.

Xiaomi has launched the Mi Earphones in the Indian markets priced at Rs. 699, the earphones will be available in Black and Silver colour variants. Similarly, Basic Earphones are priced at Rs. 399 and will be available in Black and Red colour variants. Both the earphones are available across the country.

The company claims that the Basic Earphones are “Designed for India”. The earphone offers ultra-low bass and features an aluminium alloy sound chamber. Furthermore, the earphone comes with improved 3rd generation balanced system which boosts sound and airflow, eventually creating balanced audio output.

Also, like all other previous Xiaomi earphones, even this earphone features an AUX jack that has been bent to a 45-degree angle. This bend allows longer durability for the earphone. Also, the earphone is compatible with both Android and iOS devices and sports a Play/ Pause/ Answer button and a microphone.

As for the Mi Earphones, it is enclosed in a metal sound chamber created using a 20-step process. The earphone features a wired remote which comes with the volume and answer/ end call buttons. Moreover, to improve durability, the cable of the earphone is made of Kevlar fibre. The Kevlar fibre cable is claimed to be tangle-free.

Additionally, even this earphone comes with 3rd generation balanced damping system which produces a transparent sound. An added benefit of the earphone is that the company is offering this earphone in XS, S and L sizes to fit every ear size.

However, unlike the Mi Earphones Basic, this earphone features an AUX jack that is angled at 90-degrees. The company also claims that the earphone has been through 700 reliability tests, which makes it a highly durable earphone with an affordable budget.
