OnePlus has been rumoured to introduce a new flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 5T, soon in China. Interestingly, the company has posted a pun intended tweet on its official Twitter handle hinting the name of the upcoming smartphone. The post included an image with caption “Oh, look! It’s five cups of …”
The picture and the caption undoubtedly indicate the likelihood of the OnePlus 5T moniker for the rumoured successor to the OnePlus 5. By posting such information on Twitter, the company is building the hype around the upcoming OnePlus 5T smartphone. If the recent rumours are to be believed, the new OnePlus mobile will come with a different design language and will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack.
To detail, the OnePlus 5T is expected to offer an edge-to-edge display and minimal bezels on sides. The company has recently posted an image with a caption on Twitter. The post mentioned “What do our phones have in common?” along with a music emoji. This specifies the headphone jack on the upcoming OnePlus smartphone.
Prior to this, the OnePlus CEO, Carl Pei has shared some camera samples on his official Twitter handle. He didn’t mention whether the image has been clicked on the OnePlus 5T phone, However, the tweet has a caption “What phone is he taking that photo with?” This clearly indicates that the photograph was captured using a new phone.
