French Electronic brand, Thomson has made its appearance once again the India market by unveiling a new range of smart LED TVs in India. The company has introduced three television products- 43-inch 4K UHD HDR, 40-inch and 32-inch. All these Thomson Smart LED TVs are manufactured by Noida-based SSPL.
All the three televisions will go on sale starting from April 13, exclusively on Flipkart. Recently we saw companies like Xiaomi and Vu enter the television market with televisions in an affordable price range. Similarly, these Thomson Smart LED TVs fall under the budget price range. They will compete with brands that offer televisions in a reasonable price range.
Thomson Smart LED TVs: Price & Specifications
Thomson 43-inch 4K UHD TV
The first model on the list is the 43-inch 4K UHD Thomson television which comes with a price tag of Rs. 27,999. The TV features an IPS display with HDR support and a screen resolution of 3840×2160 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core Cortex-A53 processor paired with a Mali GPU and runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
For storage, it comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Additionally, the TV also offers a 178-degree viewing angle and features two 10W speakers. Thomson 40-inch Smart TV
The second TV on the list is the 40-inch Thomson Smart TV which is priced at Rs. 19,990. The TV features a Full HD Samsung LED-backlit display with a peak brightness of 450 nits and a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by a Cortex-A53 processor paired with a Mali T720MP2 GPU. And, the TV runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

Under the hood, it is powered by a Cortex-A53 processor paired with a Mali T720MP2 GPU. And, the TV runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
