5 Smartphones Coming to India This January

The year 2017 has just started and we have already seen some exciting smartphone launches such as Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro and Lenovo P2 in India. Still, a whole slew of smartphones is lined up for launch and a handful of mobiles are headed to get launch in January itself. Here are the 5 smartphones which are slated to launch in India this month.

Coolpad Conjr

The Chinese OEM, Coolpad is about to unveil its budget smartphone named as Coolpad Conjr in India soon. The device was recently launched at CES 2017. The Conjr smartphone is a dual-SIM mobile and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS wrapped under Cool UI 8.0.

The Coolpad Conjr feature a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with a screen-to-body ratio of 70.6 percent. The handset is powered by a MediaTek MT6735CP quad-core processor paired with ARM Mali 450 GPU, 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. For photography, the Conjr offers a 13MP primary rear camera with 5P lens and f/2.2 aperture. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter with LED flash. The device is powered by a 2500mAh battery. On the connectivity front, it has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth.

Honor 6X

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor is about to launch its new smartphone called as the Honor 6X in India soon. The smartphone was released at CES 2017. The Honor 6X smartphone features a dual rear camera setup with 6P lens and PDAF. The dual camera setup includes a 12MP + 2MP modules. For selfies, the smartphone also offers an 8MP front camera.

Coming to the specifications, the Honor 6X smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass on top. The device is accelerated with Kirin 655 octa-core processor coupled with Mali T830 MP2 GPU. It comes 3 GB RAM/32 GB storage and 4 GB RAM/64 GB storage variants. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS wrapped under EMUI 4.1.  The smartphone is backed by 3340mAh battery with fast charging support. It is a 4G VoLTE mobile with a dedicated fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was launched last year in China. The smartphone is already announced in India and it will soon available for purchase as well. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. The device comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 octa-core SoC clubbed with 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM, and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with MIUI skin on top.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 64GB

For photography, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 offers a 13MP primary rear camera alongside a 5MP front camera. The handset is backed by a 4100mAh battery. The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, GPS, GLONASS, micro USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.

Nubia Z11 Mini S and Nubia N1 64GB variant

ZTE’s sub-brand Nubia is about to introduce a new smartphone called Nubia Z11 Mini S in India soon. Also, a 64GB storage variant of the budget smartphone Nubia N1 is lined up to launch in India.

The Nubia Z11 Minis S offers a 5.2-inch full-HD display and is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB of internal storage. On the camera front, the device offers a 23MP primary rear camera with LED flash and a 13MP selfie snapper. The device is powered by a 3000mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
