Reliance Jio also known as ‘Jio’ & officially as Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) is an upcoming provider of digital services, mobile telephony, and broadband services in India. Jio is said to provide 4G services on a pan-India level using LTE technology. Earlier, only Jio employees, their friends, or their relatives could get a Jio connection via an invite system. Recently, an official website has been launched to begin the registrations for network trials.

To recall, the official registration website had revealed apps from Reliance Jio, namely MyJio, JioChat, JioBeats, JioMags, JioDrive, JioJoin, JioSecurity and many other apps which are available to download via Google Play and App Store.
To get invited, one has to provide name, phone number and email. Once the employee refers, you will receive the invite from Team LYF within 24 hours.
Reliance’s pan India Jio 4G network is already hot on its heels with a total of 7 lakh users.
As per the sources, in terms of the average data used per subscribers – Airtel was at 0.81 GB/subscriber per month. Further, Vodafone was at 0.59 GB / subscriber per month, while Jio was at 18.5 GB per subscriber per month.

Reliance Jio & LYF Smartphones:
LYF also called as ‘life’- also known as Reliance LYF, manufactures 4G-enabled VoLTE Smartphone. LYF is operated along with the parent company’s flagship venture, Jio. According to data from Counterpoint Research, Lyf cornered a 7% share of the Smartphone market in the first quarter of the year.
