All you need to know about Nokia D1C, Nokia C1, Nokia Z2 Plus and Nokia P

Nokia has returned to the smartphone market and it seems like the company is all prepared to introduce a bunch of new smartphones to reclaim its lost space in the highly competitive Android market.

Thanks to the recent leaks, we have learned that Nokia is working on at least 4 smartphones running on the latest Android Nougat OS with some enviable specifications. The series of Nokia’s Android mobiles have started from Nokia D1C, while the other smartphones like Nokia C1, Nokia P, and Nokia Z2 Plus have joined the bandwagon later on. Here are the major things we know so far from the leaks.

The Nokia P is expected to be the premium smartphone as it has the best camera and the most powerful processor among the others. The Nokia P will come with a Snapdragon 835 chipset which is the latest Qualcomm processor which has scored higher numbers on the benchmarks than Apple’s A10 and Samsung’s Exynos chip in Galaxy S7. It will have 6GB of RAM and will have a 23MP camera with Zeiss sensor at the rear.

The Nokia C1 features a 5-inch display with a slim and easygoing design. The device is rumored to have dual cameras on the rear panel with a combination of 12MP and 16MP sensors with multiple flashlights. Up front, there will be a 5MP camera. It will feature a Snapdragon 830 chipset along with 4GB of RAM and storage option of 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.

Nokia Z2 Plus

The Nokia Z2 Plus is the latest addition to the rumor mill. It will come with a Snapdragon 820 SoC and 4GB of RAM. Apart from this, no other information of the smartphone is received so far. It is expected to be a mid-range device.

Nokia D1C

The Nokia D1C is expected to be offered in two variants- 5-inch and 5.5-inch. It will boast Snapdragon 430 chipset. These smartphones are expected to come with full-HD displays. The larger variant will offer a 16MP primary rear camera, 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage, whereas the smaller variant will offer 13MP rear camera and 2GB of RAM. Both the smartphones will likely to carry sub-Rs 10,000 and sub-Rs 15,000 price tag.
