The main difference between Me3 & Me3s is RAM size which is 2GB and 3GB respectively. Another main difference is the Primary Camera. Me3 comes with an 8MP primary camera while Me3s flaunts 13MP primary camera.

No. It doesn't have a hybrid sim slot. It has different slots for the Sim card and the memory card.
