The Chinese smartphone maker, ZTE has announced its Nubia Z11 smartphone to be available in Europe, America and Asia very soon. The company stated in an ongoing IFA 2016 conference that the smartphone will launch in the Indian market as well. The Nubia Z11 smartphone was exclusively released at the MWC Shanghai, China in June.
The Nubia Z11 will be offered in two variants- the first one will be a 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage while the other one will be a 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant. The Nubia Z11 is priced at €499 (roughly Rs. 37,300) in Europe for 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage variant and it will be offered in Silver and Grey colors. A higher variant featuring 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage will be available in a Black Gold Edition for a cost of €599 (roughly Rs 44,750).
The ZTE Nubia Z11 features a 5.5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) capacitive screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone is equipped with Snapdragon 820 2.15GHz quad-core processor and Adreno 530 GPU. The memory expansion option of up to 200GB is available in both 4GB and 6GB RAM variants via microSD cards.
The Nubia Z11 runs on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with Nubia UI 4.0 on top. The device measures the dimension of 151.8×72.3×7.5mm and weighs 162 grams. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery which supports Quick Charge 3.o technology. A fingerprint sensor is mounted on the back panel of the device which is claimed to unlock the device in 0.1 seconds by the company.
On the camera front, the Nubia Z11 offers a 16MP primary rear camera with the IMX298 sensor from Sony which supports dual tone LED flash, optical image stabilization, f/2.0 aperture, and PDAF. Also, the device features an 8MP selfie camera with 1.4-micron pixels, 80-degree wide-angle lens, and f/2.4 aperture support.
On the connectivity front, the Nubia Z11 is a VoLTE 4G mobile phone that supports Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 4.1, GLONASS, GPS, and NFC.
