Samsung AX7000, AX3000 Air Purifiers Launched in India

Samsung has recently launched two of its latest air purifiers namely Samsung AX7000 and Samsung AX3000 in India. These products further expand the company into the air purifier market. The Samsung AX7000 is priced at Rs. 41,990 and the Samsung AX3000 is priced at Rs. 15,490. Both these products will be available across various online and offline stores in India.

There are no specific details about the Samsung AX3000 as of yet. The AX7000 features PM 2.5 filers which the company believes to trap 99 percent of PM2.5 particles. This air purifier is capable of delivering fast air purification all due to the clean air delivery rate (CADR) which can cover a wide area of 93 square meter with a three-way air flow at a rate of 773m3/h.

The Samsung AX7000 sports a digital indicator and colour lights to show the real-time pollution drop. The air purifier is also believed to measure and check if the weather conditions are good or bad. It comes with an air inlet on the front which can be cleaned or changed by simply opening the door on the front.

Furthermore, the AX7000 comes with a three-way air flow system and Digital Inverter Motor which makes it durable and provides long-term efficiency to the consumers. A four-step mechanism is involved in air filtration such as Pre Filter, PM2.5 Filter, Activated Carbon + Deodorization Filter and Virus Doctor.

According to The Indian Express report, Samsung range of air purifiers, with cutting-edge technology and design excellence, will protect consumers from indoor pollution and help them adopt a healthier lifestyle,” said Mr Rajeev Bhutani, Vice President, Consumer Electronics Business, Samsung India.

The Xiaomi Mi Air purifier 2 will put up a strong competition against the Samsung AX7000. What sets the Mi Air purifier 2 apart is that it can filter air in every direction due to the 360-degree cylinder that it comes with.
