Motorola recently announced the launch of its four new Bluetooth speakers in India. The devices under the Motorola Sonic Play series are Sonic Play 100, Sonic Play 150, Sonic Play 200 and Sonic Play 270. The Bluetooth speakers under this series come in a price range of Rs. 1,499 – Rs. 2,499. These speakers will be available in Red, Black and White colour variants.
Motorola Sonic Play 100 & Sonic Play 150
The Sonic Play 100 and Sonic Play 150 come with similar features except for certain distinctions. The Sonic Play 100 & Sonic Play 150 Bluetooth speakers offer a play time of up to 4 hours, an inbuilt mic which allows hands-free calling and a Bluetooth range of up to 50 feet.
Both the Bluetooth speakers can also be connected with up to two devices at a time due to the integrated multipoint technology that they come with. Additionally, the Sonic Play 100 and Sonic Play 150 come with touch control buttons for playback, a 1.5W output, a 3.5mm audio jack and a built-in mic for calls.
With similar features, the only difference between the two speakers is that the Sonic Play 150 allows FM radio connectivity. The price for the Sonic Play 100 speaker is Rs. 1,499 and will be available in a Black colour variant. Whereas the price for the Sonic Play 150 speaker is Rs. 1,799 and will be available in Black and White colour variants. Both the speakers weigh less than 50 grams.
Motorola Sonic Play 200 & Sonic Play 270
The Sonic Play 200 & Sonic Play 270 Bluetooth speakers offer a play time of up to 10 hours, Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity with a 50 feet range and integrated FM Radio. Additionally, the Sonic Play 270 speaker sports an integrated microphone which allows hands-free calling.
The Sonic Play 270 speaker also comes with an IP54 rating which makes it dust and water resistant. Furthermore, both the speakers have touch control playback buttons, 2×1.5W bass output, a 3.5mm audio jack, noise isolation, and a weight of less than 70 grams.
The Sonic Play 200 speaker comes with a price tag of Rs. 1,999 and the Sonic Play 270 speaker comes with a price tag of Rs. 2,499. Both these Bluetooth speakers will be available in white and black colour options to choose from.
