Lenovo has launched the Moto E3 Power smartphone in India which is exclusively available for purchase on Flipkart at the price of Rs 7,999 from Monday midnight. The E3 Power smartphone is eligible for the Reliance Jio Welcome Offer. The newly launched smartphone belongs to the Moto E series which has claimed to have over 3 million users in India by the company.
The Moto E3 Power is the battery-focused version of Moto E3 smartphone which was announced back in July this year in the UK. The key highlight of Moto E3 Power is its bigger battery i.e. 3500mAh compared to the 2800mAh of Moto E3.
Another noteworthy difference lays in its memory division. The memory of Moto E3 Power is doubled with a 2GB of RAM instead of 1GB of Moto E3. The inbuilt storage is also twice as of its base variant- 16GB instead of 8GB.
The Moto E3 Power features a 5-inch HD (720×1080 pixels) display with Gorilla Glass 3 and a smudge-proof coating. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek MT6735P 1GHz quad-core processor equipped with the integration of 2GB RAM and Mali T720MP2 GPU. There is 16GB of storage on board. The storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card
For photography, the Moto E3 Power offers an 8MP primary rear camera that supports HDR and panorama. On the front panel, a 5MP selfie camera is there. The device supports 4G LTE network and is competent for VoLTE which can be used on all cellular networks including Reliance Jio.
The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. It is backed by a 3500mAh battery. The company has claimed that the device is water resistant; however, the device can only take several splashes and can’t be submerged in water.
